Dear Fellow Independence Caucus Members;

A week and a half ago, co-sponsored by Independence Caucus, iPoliticom planned an Activist Training Seminar for our Utah members. Everyone involved felt it was an incredible success and just what was needed to move to the next phase of our campaigning. It was so successful that we decided to sponsor a National Activist Training Seminar and Workshop. This event will take place in Washington DC April 15-17, 2010 in conjunction with the Tax Day Tea Party event to be held on April 15th. In order to make this a reality, we need your help. We need individuals who can help with the following:

• Finding and arranging a venue in the DC area (contact Michelle King for criteria)
• Finding and inviting speakers
• Help develop our marketing plan(s)
• Arrange event related deals with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, restaurants, and in-town transport businesses
• Help put together the event itinerary and schedule
• Arrange for security
• A myriad of other tasks that Michelle King will assign out on an as needed basis.

We also have a boatload of fundraising to accomplish in order to pay for all the deposits for hotels, the venue, speakers, etc. I've got an innovative way that I use to help the candidates endorsed by Independence Caucus raise money and we will be using that same method to raise money to pay help prime the pump for this event. To accomplish that, we'll also need help with the following:

• Conduct a search for businesses that meet certain criteria using both the online methods I use and the reference section of your local library
• Contact businesses owners and CEOs to participate in our roundtable event
• Schedule, arrange, and organize the roundtable event, including the venue
